Cole Elementary students and staff all gathered together in the lobby for an annual school wide sing-a-long of Christmas carols.  The carols were led by the music teacher, Mrs. Ewigleben, playing the piano and leading in the singing.  The students sang the songs in a loud and proud way that filled the school with Christmas spirit.  In the midst of the caroling, Santa came to visit the students and give each one a candy cane.  Santa reminded everyone about being a good Cole Cub and "doing the right thing and treating people right."  After Santa left, the singing continued to finish out the day.
