Families came to Cole Elementary to enjoy lunch with their students at the Playground Pot Luck.  Guests were able to bring lunch to their students and have a picnic outside near the playground during lunch time.  Everyone enjoyed their time with each other and making lunch time a little more special for the Cole Cubs.  The event started outside, but everyone practiced the life skill of flexibility when the rain came and the Playground Pot Luck got moved to the gym.  Students were able to introduce their families to friends and show them a little of what their day looks like during lunch and recess time at school.  The Playground Pot Luck was the first of four total events where families can visit their students during lunch.  The next one will be Home Cooking on the Hardwood on November 30th.
