Hundreds Day Is Always a Blast At Cole Elementary

One hundred is a big number for all of us, but it's especially large for a kindergarten student. Students at James Cole Elementary School celebrated their 100th day of school with many fun activities. Students and teachers dressed as one hundred year olds, made necklaces with 100 pieces of cereal on them, licked a sucker 100 times to see its effect, and played many games with numbers. Students were even visited by 100s Man, a Mathematical Super Hero, who inspired students to count to 100 during their activities. The 100th day of school is traditionally a big day for kindergarten students. This year was no different as students were able to spend a day focused on math, have fun, and learn a lot about numbers.
